VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
BizIdioms subscribers are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery and must keep us up-to-date on any change of email address. If five (5) consecutive error messages are received with designations including Unknown User, User Does Not Have a (Hotmail) Account, Account Inactive, Undeliverable, and Mailbox Full, subscriptions may be discontinued.

TERMINATION
The Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your subscription to BizIdioms, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement.

JURISDICTION
This website is controlled and operated by American Business English Services,  LLC from the Company’s headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, USA. The Company does not represent or warrant that Materials on the site are appropriate for use in other locations. If you choose to receive this information outside of the United States of America, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that State. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to BizIdioms shall be brought in either the State or Federal Courts of Colorado. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of BizIdioms, and the agreement shall not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties.
